Festication festival sites are generally flat and consist of a mixture of surfaces, such as dirt/sand paths, grass, and blacktop/concrete. As with any outdoor setting, rain and other weather can impact the conditions – please exercise care at all times. Distances between areas in the festival sites and between stages can be very large, so it is important that you wear appropriate footwear.
The festival ADA team can assist patrons with disabilities with mobility around the festival grounds. Please submit your inquiry via the Request Accommodation form below.
In order to guarantee reasonable and appropriate accommodations for our disabled patrons, we need sufficient time to coordinate. For international travel events, ADA requests related to resort transport to and from the airport must be requested no later than 1 week prior to the date of arrival. Any requests received less than 1 week before such date cannot be guaranteed.
Festication festivals incorporate elevated accessible viewing platforms at each stage, generally next to VIP sections. These accessible viewing platforms are intended for guests who use wheelchairs, have significant mobility disabilities, or have difficulty standing for long periods of time. Staff and/or security will manage the viewing platform accordingly.
Prescriptions must have a prescription label and matching photo ID. Prescription bottles may only have one medication as described on the bottle, prescription not expired, and an appropriate amount for the time of the event. For the safety of our staff and patrons, please dispose of all medical waste/syringes in the proper receptacles in our medical tents. Guests needing a refrigerated or cool location to store their medicines can submit an inquiry via the Request Accommodation form below.
Customer service is one place where guests with disabilities can get information and request services inside the festival grounds.
Motorized wheelchairs and three- or four-wheeled scooters are permitted at Festication festivals. For safety reasons, guests may NOT use personal golf carts, all-terrain vehicles, two-wheeled scooters, or motorbikes, either in the venue itself or in the parking areas.
For specific questions or concerns about the accessibility of any event, or particular web page owned by Festication festivals, please contact us via the Request Accommodation form below. If you do encounter an accessibility issue with our web pages please be sure to specify the web page in your email, and Festication will make all reasonable efforts to make that page accessible.
Festication festivals are committed to facilitating the accessibility and usability of all of its websites, including our festival websites, for all people with disabilities. Festication festivals are in the process of implementing the relevant portions of the World Wide Web Consortium’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 Level AA (WCAG 2.0 AA) as its web accessibility standard. The Festication festivals website will be tested on a periodic basis with assistive technology such as screen readers and by engaging users with disabilities who use these technologies.
Contact us via the Request Accommodation form below with any additional needs or further questions.

Festication festivals welcome and support the rights and attendance of all persons with disabilities that rely on the special skills of a trained service animal. What we DO NOT support, and will not tolerate, are pets being misrepresented by their owners as service animals. Please leave your pet at home.
A ‘service animal’ is defined as “any dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability. The work or tasks performed by a service animal must be directly related to the handler’s disability.”
Emotional support or comfort animals are not considered service animals under the ADA and therefore are not allowed at Festication festivals.
Please note that all service dogs, including those from out of state, are subject to local dog ordinances, which include a valid rabies certificate.
For patrons with disabilities who wish to bring their legitimate service animal to Festication festivals, Festication asks that you review and follow the policies outlined below:
All patrons with disabilities attending Festication festivals this year with a service animal will need to have that animal credentialed by Festication festivals staff before entering the main gate. This process will be performed quickly and respectfully by Accessibility Staff.
Upon arrival at Festication festivals, come to the Access Tent in front of Camp Access. Staff will speak with you, record your contact information, and provide a collar tag for your service animal. Security/Staff will be on the lookout for all animals to have a properly credentialed Festication festivals collar tag.
Remember, service animals are allowed, all other dogs are not!
