Festival Grounds

Paradise Blue is a unique event consisting of a mixture of surfaces, such as sand, grass, pool deck & tile. As with any outdoor setting, rain can impact the conditions. Distances between areas in the festival sites and between stages can be very large. Depending on which hotel you are in, there may be a further distance between your hotel room & the stage areas.

The festival ADA team can assist patrons with disabilities with mobility around the festival hotels. Please submit your requests via the contact form below or directly to ada@paradisebluefestival.com.

Entering the Festival

All disabled patrons will enter the festival with ADA transportation from the Cancun airport. These are specialty transports and need to be requested before arrival. Please submit your requests via the contact form below or directly to ada@paradisebluefestival.com.

Viewing Areas

Paradise Blue stages are all accessible and the beach stage has an accessible viewing area specifically for ADA attendees. Accessible viewing areas are intended for guests who use wheelchairs, have significant mobility disabilities, or have difficulty standing for long periods of time. Staff and/or security will manage the viewing areas accordingly.

Customer service is one place where guests with disabilities can get information and request services inside the event.

Restrooms

Paradise Blue includes accessible bathrooms inside the Hotel and accessible port-a-potties outside of the hotel.

Service Animals

Festication festivals welcome and support the rights and attendance of all persons with disabilities that rely on the special skills of a trained service animal. What we DO NOT support, and will not tolerate, pets being misrepresented by their owners as service animals. Please leave your pet at home.

Service Animal Definition

A 'service animal' is defined as "any dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability. The work or tasks performed by a service animal must be directly related to the handler's disability."

Emotional support or comfort animals are not considered service animals under the ADA and therefore are not allowed at Festication festivals.

Please note that all service dogs, including those from out of state, are subject to local dog ordinances, which include a valid rabies certificate.

Service Animal Policies

For patrons with disabilities who wish to bring their legitimate service animal to Disco Donnie Presents festivals, Disco Donnie Presents asks that you review and follow the policies outlined below:

  • Service animals must be accompanied by the handler with the disability at all times.
  • Service animals must be under the control and supervision of their handler at all times.
  • Service animals are not permitted to be left unattended under any circumstances.
  • Handlers are required to be prepared for and clean up after their animals at all times.
  • We reserve the right to remove and/or refuse access to any service animal from the campgrounds or venue if that animal is deemed to be a health or safety threat to festival patrons, staff, or other service animals, or in violation of these policies.
  • All service animals must be credentialed by the Festication festival staff (see the Service Animal Procedures section).

Service Animal Procedures

All patrons with disabilities attending a Festication festival this year with a service animal will need to have that animal credentialed by Festication festival staff before entering the resort. This process will be performed quickly and respectfully by our Staff.

Upon arrival, come to Guest services and speak to one of our Festication staff members to record your contact information, and receive a collar tag for your service animal. Security/Staff will be on the lookout for all animals to have a properly credentialed festival collar tag.

Remember, service animals are allowed, all other dogs are not!

Please note that we are operating in foreign countries so if the hotel policy does not allow for Service Animals we will do our best to accommodate.
